I was a little hesitated to share this adres, but they say it better to share, that not to share.. Or something;) At one of the adresses they sell like YSL and Herve Leger, and ofcourse that isn't cheap, butt well worth your money:)
The other adres is an amazing shop too(but cheaper), you can really find little treasures there! I've bought an a-ma-zing brown leather skirt, a casual light blue Marc Jacobs skirt and a lovely olive green summer dress. And it costed only about 50 pounds!

London, Lovely kids.

London, FOODFOODFOOD

O yes, I've had fish and chips! And it was good!

I've also been eating in China Town. When I was walking by this little restaurant I thought WOW that woman is wearing a georgeous blouse, with a big bow at the front. I took a picture and then I saw it wasn't a bow but a napkin... Even though it wasn't a bow, looking pretty when you're eating is possible!

PARIS|STYLE|ICON

Carine Roitfeld.. She is style.. Scott Schumann takes her picture quite often, so check out his blog if you like her style. He also has an a-ma-zing book 'The Sartorialist'. It contains his pictures he took the last couple of years from people on the streets, mostly during fashion week in New York, Paris and Milan.

PARIS|STYLE

It's funny to read what (especialy American) magazines write about the style of a woman from Paris. Nobody really knows how to descripe it. Parisiennes can dress chique, simple, elegant, relaxed and fashion-forward. Many say that what makes their way of dressing so characteristic is that they make it look so easy. Perhaps it's the 'je ne sais quoi-attitude'. Anyways whatever it is, I'll keep my eyes open for inspiration.

PARIS, Summer 2010

Bonjour, For school I'm going to Paris. I'm going to a course for surgeons, to learn about the placing of a CI. So very exciting!!

But going to Paris without really enyoing the city is not very "joie de vivre" right?!
I'm not good at packing(but practise makes perfect!) I've packed some chique blouses/tops, jeans, one pair of heels, gladiator sandals and a simple blue dress.
When I'm in Paris I like to dress up a little more then in any other city. Parisiennes are très chique.

Edito: Le point de vue de URBAN|WOMAN

I just (L) city’s. I know they can be stinky, dirty, noisy, you can get robbed (I almost got actually in the Metro in Paris), but I love the atmosphere in city’s like Paris, Milan, New York and offcourse my home-city; Rotterdam.

Rotterdam has been bommed in WWII, and only three big buildings suvived. So that definitly left ‘scars’. R’dam has a lot of new and modern architecture.

This blog is about ‘ the urban woman’, about their style, their inspirations like paintings and architecture. Donna Kanran is a perfect example, as you can read in my post ‘DKNY’. And well, ‘the urban man’ is also welcome;). It’s also about where they eat, drink, shop ect.

The way urban woman dresses defines the image of our city’s. I think it’s a display of art in the streets, the public space. Women who live in big city’s have a ‘special’ style, a way of dressing and styling. And I would like to zoom in on that, the whole urban-style-woman-dressing-living-thing.
